    Take a tour of our latest tenant improvement project at Standard TV and Appliance. When we first completed this transformation, the displays weren’t fully installed, but now that the space is fully open for business, we're excited to show you the results. At I&E, we take pride in laying the foundation for success in every commercial space we touch. From demolishing existing walls and installing new plumbing and electrical for custom kitchen displays to updating lighting, mechanical systems, and more—we ensured every detail was in place to meet our client’s vision. Meeting their tight timeline to open before Black Friday was key, and we’re thrilled with how the space turned out.     Day 1 of our grand opening for the new Wilsonville showroom is officially in the books!!! We've worked hard to create very best showroom in Oregon (maybe PNW) featuring 18 live kitchens that showcase innovation and design. A huge thank you to our amazing vendors for their unwavering support – we truly couldn't have done this without you! ?? We're so proud to be a part of the Wilsonville community.   • We are open while finishing up all of our 17 live kitchens. A big thank you to I&E Construction, CFM, Globe Lighting, Chown Hardware, Galaxy Stoneworks, Imperial Cabinets, The Fixture Gallery, Crown Tile and Joelle Jarvis. We have had the pleasure of working on a variety of tenant improvement projects across different sectors, including office spaces, retail stores, restaurants, and cafés, as well as medical and educational facilities. We are excited to announce the completion of our latest interior tenant improvement project at Standard TV and Appliance, located in Wilsonville.?As a local business, the store has undergone an impressive transformation that includes: ? - New interior partition walls?(including a conference room with operable sliding glass doors on along all four walls)? - Sleek new casework? - Updated finishes throughout? - New lighting & paint in restrooms - Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing at over a dozen showroom display kitchens ? The standout feature of this project is the beautiful new kitchen retail display area that is sure to inspire your next home project. Congratulations to the New Construction team for their exceptional work in bringing this project to completion on a tight timeline, meeting client expectations/needs and demonstrating their commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
