Judy Hsu, our Global Head of Wealth and Retail Banking, was interviewed by Economic Times during her recent visit to India. In the candid discussion, she spoke about the shifting focus of the bank in India, and moving away from single product relationships, while pivoting towards wealth management as a strategy to differentiate ourselves. Banking 100 billionaires of Indian origin across the world, she stressed that India is one of the bank’s most important markets. Referring to the branch network, she shared that the Bank will have priority centres within some of the key branches to bank high-net-worth clients.
