    CyTOF ? technology is scaling to new heights, and we’re excited to share what’s coming next in mass cytometry. Adopted in hundreds of clinical trials worldwide, mass cytometry has become an essential tool for immune monitoring and biomarker discovery studies. With the power to analyze 50-plus markers at once, CyTOF systems deliver the sensitivity, resolution, and dynamic range needed to uncover critical immune signatures and cellular mechanisms of disease pathogenesis. In a Phase 2 pancreatic cancer trial at John Hopkins University, mass cytometry revealed treatment-associated immune biomarkers by capturing changes in peripheral immune cell populations which correlated with durable clinical response. https://lnkd.in/egRxCdKQ ??
