After gathering key insights from our recent Mental Health Pulse Survey and in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Day, we’re introducing enhanced mental health resources and MENTAL HEALTH S.O.S., a campaign aimed at raising awareness, breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, and providing education on key topics such as: ?? Anxiety ?? Depression ?? Burnout ?? Grief ?? Suicide Prevention ...and more. Through this initiative, we aim to foster positive discussions and provide critical resources to support mental well-being.

In September, we hosted SBC Team Member Forums in each of our 3 locations. The Forums provide an opportunity for all SBC team members to hear company updates and ask questions of leadership. This year, we also announced our new credo "Make The Impact" which included updated vision statement, mission statement, values, and daily principles to be a guiding force as we head into our next fiscal year. Cheers to summer fun! ???? Standard Beverage kicked off August with a Summer Family Party in all 3 of our locations (Lawrence, Lenexa and Wichita). This was a great time for our team members and their families to enjoy some downtime and to get to know each other a little better. Thanks for 3 days of fun SBC!
