We always have a blast at our annual Sub-Contractor cookout. It’s a great time to give our thanks, delicious food, and a ton of amazing gifts. We have the best labor in the market! This event grows year after year.

We are huge fans of Sikkens Prolux 3 Step wood finish products. This fully hand brushed process speaks for itself. When putting any stain on exterior wood it’s important to protect it with the right product. Take a look at the beautiful outcome! Color: Butternut 072

Board & Batten exteriors do a great job at elongating a homes height from the street. Painting B&B involves extra prep and caulking work. We take our time in ensuring the house is ready before paint even comes out! The body of this exterior was finished SW Pure White. The boxing was finished in SW Tricorn Black. We always recommend a Satin finish on your exteriors! Great job to Jesus Diaz for running point on these large custom homes!

We offer one of the most efficient and best looking Level 5 finishes the industry has to offer. Once a Level 4 finish is established, we come in with RuCoat Equalizer to create a superior surface. This will be cross-hatched on the wall. We apply the compound with a Titan 8900 with the specified 523 tip. RuCoat spec requires a 14-20 mils wet finish. Dark colors like SW’s Iron Ore & Tricorn Black have been very popular this summer. On both projects we used SW Duration Ext Satin. When painting exteriors it’s very important to understand the products spec sheet. The understanding of mils, dry time, tip size, application, & preparation are key to an excellent exterior paint.
