The Clayco-Palm Tower team recently celebrated significant milestones: Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) and Substantial Completion on October 21, 2024! We want to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of our subcontractor trade partners, including Suntec, Stafford Crane, Ventana, Power Design, AROK, All Finishes, and many others. A special thank you goes to our design team—Will Bruder Architects, Lamar Johnson Collaborative/Forum Studio Inc., Peterson Associates, Baldridge Associates, and Dibble—for their inspiring vision. I also want to express my gratitude to my Clayco team members for their hard work and dedication over the past few years. Shovels officially hit dirt in Phoenix last week! Mortenson, along with our partners celebrated the groundbreaking of the new MC Hotel Phoenix at Central Avenue and Adams Street. The luxury hotel will feature 236 hotel rooms, a full spa, meeting/banquet space, a ground-level restaurant, and a rooftop bar, pool and lounge. This unique hospitality space will help bolster downtown Phoenix’s ability to continue to support the growing demand of leisure and business travel!
