Charlie Staff started his electrical career at the turn of the 20th century, installing residential phone lines and wet doorbells in the City of Milwaukee. This was a great project to be part of. QUEST RENEWABLES was incorporated into the design/build process from start to finish with the partnership of Mortenson, JP Cullen, Staff Electric Co. Inc. and the UW Health system. You can see the canopy system from the highway when you're driving through Madison, WI. ☀️
This Earth Day we are part of a new kind of garden - one that's producing clean energy rather than tomatoes and tulips! We are proud of our emphasis on clean energy from our projects and jobsites to our communities. Last year we completed construction on the largest solar canopy in the state of Wisconsin and invested in Alliant Energy's Community Solar Garden! As Earth Day celebrates its 55th anniversary we continue to look for opportunities to bring green thinking to our projects and neighborhoods!

Meet Anthony our newest Project Manager! Anthony brings over 14 years of experience in the electrical industry, including 11 years in a project management role. He began his career in the prefab shop and worked his way up through roles such as service technician, field installer, and field engineer before transitioning into project management. With a strong foundation in both field and office operations, he brings a well-rounded perspective. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys shooting pool, cooking, and spending time outdoors exploring nature with his wife and two children. Welcome to the team!

We’re excited to welcome Sarah Renn to the Staff Electric team as a Project Scheduler! Sarah brings a unique and well-rounded background to the role, with a degree in Supervisory Management and experience in both the Dental and Education fields. After taking time to focus on her family, she’s excited to jump back into the workforce and contribute to the success of our team. Outside of work, Sarah serves on the Menomonee Falls School Board, where she’s passionate about curriculum and inspires a love of learning in the community’s students. When she’s not working, you can find her outdoors with her family golfing, skiing, running, biking, or hiking. Welcome Sarah!

Yesterday, we brought our team together at the Forensic Science and Protective Medicine Facility in Wauwatosa. Over lunch, we discussed the importance of staying safe on the job and how we prioritize safety every day. At Staff Electric, safety isn't just a requirement. It’s a part of who we are. 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 | 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 We had a great time hosting students from Wauwatosa East High School at our fabrication shop, where they got a firsthand look at the electrical trade! Through some friendly competition, students rotated through five stations. Each one focused on a different task, they tackled J-hooks, receptacles, tools, trimble, and BIM, gaining hands-on experience. Thank you to Craig Griffie for bringing your students out and participating! We hope you had as much fun as we did.
