Digital Media Technology creatives took on their first live broadcast for Reading Week in R-7! ?? They streamed Shark vs. Train, and we always share the link with our favorite Kindergarten class, Mrs. Harrel’s class at Hawthorn Hill Elementary. While this wasn’t a complicated project, it has all the same skills as more advanced live broadcasts these creatives may pursue in the future. Every great media professional starts somewhere, and today, our creatives gained real-world experience that will help them tackle bigger productions in the future! I’m excited to share that I have started a new position with the Kansas City Royals as a Video Content Trainee! I’m incredibly blessed for another opportunity to grow both professionally and creatively in Major League Baseball. This role combines my passion for storytelling and video production with my love for baseball and the Kansas City Royals.
