Today we're celebrating Camden Ramos, who has earned his Construction Supervisor License and has been promoted to Assistant Superintendent! In Cam's 4+ years with Stack + Co., he has developed from a completely green entry level field staff into a capable field asset. In that time, Cam has worked hard on his own development, pursuing his CSL and his Hoisting License, greatly increasing his capabilities and value to the firm. We are thrilled and humbled to announce that Riverside Partners LLC (Stack+Co. in partnership with Brass Rat Inc.) has been designated to develop the 1A waterfront parcel in Providence, RI. “The Green Link” will provide continuity along the Urban Coastal Greenway, maximize the existing open green space, and activate the green space with a combination of retail, commercial, and community spaces at ground floors, and housing above. The proposed scheme will be a meaningful contribution to Providence’s Innovation District, demonstrating a wide variety of progressive approaches to coastal resilience, carbon neutrality, financing, and community engagement. The Green Link blends economic development and job creation with home ownership and community building through thoughtful design. The Green Link is both an exercise in placemaking - developing a statement destination on the riverfront for years to come - and in creating a wide range of economic opportunities for the residents of Providence and all of Rhode Island.
