    Organic reach is down 65% on LinkedIn. But that doesn't mean you can't grow. The LinkedIn algorithm has shifted drastically recently, and genuinely... I think it's changed more in the last 60 days than in the last six months. Here's the state of LinkedIn now 1. The average post gets 65% less impressions. 2. However, engagement per post is up by 12%.? 3. There are 16% more LI ads than in 2024. 4. Posting 1-2x per day is optimal. 5. Carousels & PDFs are performing 1.9x better the median post. 6. AI comments are not as effective.? 7. Video reach has dropped 200%. The Science of Commenting 1. AI-generated comments get 5x less author response and 7x less audience engagement. 2. Longer comments = bigger impact: 10+ words boost reach 2x, 15+ words boost 2.5x. 3. Commenting on 10-20 posts increases profile views by 50% and post reach by 10%. 4. Posts live longer.
