This week, our Jewish sisters and brothers celebrate Passover, commemorating the deliverance of the Jewish people from slavery in Egypt. May Passover inspire us to trust in God's compassion and work for the liberation of all people.

Palm Sunday begins the observance of Holy Week. As you reflect on your personal Lenten journey, what blessings have you encountered?

We thank students in Jacksonville University's Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program for spending time at our St. Johns County hospital today in celebration of the university's 91st Charter Day. The students prepared gift bags and gave them to patients and their family members at the hospital.

"Whenever we have the ability to meet patients closer to their homes, we have the ability to impact their healthcare sooner." Construction is now underway for Ascension St. Vincent's forthcoming freestanding emergency room at the intersection of Beach and Kernan Blvd. on Jacksonville's Southside.
