Many things changed in the world of work after the COVID pandemic. Things like burnout or finding joy in work have and continue to have a crippling effect on teams, organizations, and communities. For our team at St. Mark, Working Genius has offered a solution, and our team has gained a greater sense of joy in their work, reduced frustration and burnout, and overall have a greater understanding of ourselves and one another, promoting a healthier organizational culture. The 6 Types of Working Genius is an assessment tool and model that transforms how individuals and teams approach work.
