We had a very successful first ever Career Day on Friday, March 7th before our students went on Spring Break. Students had a chance to hear from a variety of speakers who we have been working with St. Peter Catholic on our Academic Career & Technical Pathways in Business, Construction, Education, and Information Technology. In addition to hearing from our partner speakers, students had an opportunity to have a question & answer session as well as small group one-on-one time within each Academic Career & Technical pathway partner group. Thank you to all of our partners who attended and took time to talk and meet with our students!

This coming Friday, March 7th we will host a Career Day for students to learn about the opportunities in each of our Academic Career & Technical Pathways - Business, Construction, Education, and Information Technology. We have invited our partners to present on their industry and help students learn about and consider a career in their field. In addition to the organizations making a presentation on their careers, students will also have an opportunity to meet with individual partners for some on-to-one conversations. We are thankful to our partners who have agreed to be here this Friday for our first Career Day!

On Friday, we observed the celebration of the Feast of The Chair of St. Peter. Members of our Board of Trustees came to school and celebrated Mass and then shared lunch with our students, faculty, and staff. After lunch Fr. Donald Nesti C.S.Sp. the Director of The Center for Faith and Culture at the University of St. Thomas, led the members of the Board through a talk about the Feast of the Chair of St. Peter as well as the Catholic Church's Jubilee Year being celebrated in 2025. Members of the Board then had a chance to participate in Adoration and Confession before concluding with their February business meeting. Thank you to all who helped make this celebration possible!

Today we will be observing the celebration of the Feast of The Chair of St. Peter. The actual Feast Day is February 22nd, but we wanted to be able to celebrate on a school day. Students and members of the school's Board of Trustees will have a special Mass and Lunch together today, and then the members of the Board will have a Day of Reflection and meeting on campus. St. Peter - pray for us!
