We’re excited to launch the METRO Gold Line on March 22! Minnesota’s first bus rapid transit line to operate primarily in bus-only guideway, this new 10-mile route connects St. Paul to Woodbury, offering fast, frequent service from 5 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. To celebrate this milestone, we’ve partnered with local government and community organizations to host special events on opening day. ?? 10 a.m.: Ribbon-cutting ceremony, Woodlane Park & Ride (Woodbury) ?? 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Community celebrations (entertainment, food trucks, giveaways, and family-friendly activities), Woodlane and Sun Ray Park & Rides Additionally, all Gold Line trips will be free from March 22 to March 28, thanks to Ramsey and Washington Counties.
