Ted Czarnecki, 78, was walking to a football game when he went into cardiac arrest. My name is Frances Greenidge, and my life changed drastically in 2009 after a 30-foot fall during a winter hike, followed by a car accident 18 months later. These back-to-back events made my 50s feel like a lost decade.
