Join Our Team: Become a Trainer at the St. Louis County Election Board Are you passionate about democracy and civic engagement? Do you have a knack for educating and empowering others? If so, the Board of Election invites you to join our dynamic team as a trainer. This role is at the heart of our mission to ensure fair, transparent, and accessible elections. As a trainer, you will play a crucial part in upholding the integrity of the electoral process by educating Election Judges on Election Day procedures and protocols. As the ideal candidate, you possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience. Previous experience in training or education, especially within a governmental or civic context, is highly desirable. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, creating educational materials, and conducting classes that cover a wide range of topics related to the Election Day process.
