Under our Agreements, no work is to be pertormed on Labor Day, except in emergency cases. It emergency work is performed, the Local Union office must be notified the following day. The rate of pay for work performed in emergency cases on Labor Day is double time. In observance of Labor Day, the Chapter Office will be closed. We wish you a Safe & Happy Holiday!
