The St. Louis Area Foodbank will be closed for Thanksgiving to give our staff much-deserved time with their families. Our offices, warehouse, and Volunteer Repackaging Center will be closed from Thursday, November 28, through Sunday, December 1, 2024. We will reopen on Monday, December 2, 2024. Thank you, and have a Happy Thanksgiving weekend!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Thanksgiving Together a tremendous success! Todays’ event marked our 7th annual Thanksgiving distribution providing holiday meals to over 250 households. In addition, together with Ameren and our many community partners and volunteers, we distributed 4,000 meals to neighbors across 26 counties in Missouri and Illinois. There's still time to help us provide holiday meals to local families facing hunger. Through Nov. 30, Ameren is matching donations to the St. Louis Area Foodbank, up to $200,000. Did you know? The St. Louis Area Foodbank brings in fresh produce, frozen meat and pantry items to 35 School Markets across Missouri and Illinois. As many as 35 families use each of these in-school pantries each week. Keeping the markets stocked requires help, which is why First Alert 4 partnered with Ameren to raise money throughout November for the St. Louis Area Food Bank. The St. Louis Area Foodbank is excited to announce that Anheuser-Busch, America’s leading brewer has released St. Louis Lager, a local legacy beer now available at the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten and select local bars. A portion of proceeds from every draft beer sold through December 3 will benefit the St. Louis Area Foodbank’s holiday meals program.
