Continued Prayers for Our Holy Father, Pope Francis The Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia join the Church around the world and all people of good will in offering continued fervent prayers for Pope Francis’ recovery in his current health crisis. We encourage our friends especially to attend Mass and pray the Rosary for our Holy Father, praying also for the doctors and nurses who are caring so attentively for him. May he experience the closeness of our merciful Savior in these days of trial.

关于我们
Eight centuries ago St. Dominic de Guzman, inspired by the Holy Spirit in response to the needs of his time, founded an Order with the mission of preaching for the salvation of souls. Dominic’s love for God and neighbor continues to inspire the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia Congregation today, as they joyfully embrace the Church’s call to the New Evangelization. Through their teaching apostolate, the Sisters serve over over 15,000 students in nearly 50 schools in the United States, Canada, Australia, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, and the Netherlands.

Happy feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, patroness of the Americas! When Mary appeared to Saint Juan Diego in Mexico, she promised her motherly care and affection to all those who seek refuge in her: "Am I not here, I who am your mother?" May we come to know Jesus through Mary in an ever deeper way through her intercession!
