We were honored to host last week’s Bisnow Future of Prince George’s County event at our Melford Town Center mixed-use community in Bowie, Maryland. St. John Properties’ Andrew Roud, Regional Partner for Southern Maryland, joined a lively panel discussion on major development and mixes-use projects in the region. “Because St. John Properties almost exclusively develops and owns commercial office properties in suburban areas, our company has been largely unaffected by the soaring vacancy rates which have taken a tremendous toll on buildings situated downtown.
