We're pleased to announce that Chesapeake Potomac Regional Cancer Center (CPRCC) has signed the inaugural lease at our new Berry Pointe business community in Waldorf, Maryland. The oncology radiation treatment provider has served Southern Maryland communities for nearly two decades, providing modernized radiation treatment services to patients across Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary’s counties. CPRCC plans to open their Berry Pointe facility in early 2026. Berry Pointe is positioned along Berry Road near Crain Highway in Charles County. On completion, the 82-acre mixed-use business community will include of nearly 635,000 square feet of single-story commercial office, flex/R&D, and retail space, along with five pad sites. St. John Properties broke ground on the first phase of development last fall, and will deliver the first two flex/R&D buildings at Berry Pointe this spring.
