The design seamlessly integrates natural elements, from a lush, topography-inspired ceiling to locally sourced wood from The Conservation Fund’s forests, reflecting the organization's commitment to environmental preservation. The space prioritizes employee well-being with features like ample natural light, ergonomic furniture, and inspiring views of Rosslyn and DC. sshape is excited to announce the latest addition to Washington Harbour - DC: a new amenity space at 3000 K Street NW. Since 2018, we’ve partnered with Global Holdings Management Group, JLL, and MRP Realty to transform over 100,000 square feet of space at these iconic Washington Harbour buildings. The amenity center offers a variety of spaces, including a large conference center with direct views of the Potomac River, private meeting rooms, and comfortable lounge area. We also designed the surrounding spec suites, common corridors, elevator banks, and restrooms, creating a cohesive and functional workplace for tenants. With high occupancy rates at 3000 K Street NW, we’re excited to continue our work on the neighboring 3050 K Street NW building, where we’ll be upgrading additional amenity spaces.
