Reflecting on our Fall '24 Sustainability Speaker Series, we’re excited to share some of our favorite moments from the event! ??? This event was an inspiring milestone for Society of Sustainable Business, featuring incredible insights from leaders at Lennox, Toyota North America, and PepsiCo, and engaging over 100 attendees! I had a great time talking about the state of Sustainability Data and Reporting with the students and faculty of The University of Texas at Dallas along with Eric Zito, Bhushan Joshi, Geeta Menon and Mark Hitchcock at the Sustainability Speaker Series held at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas. It was impressive to see the knowledge and passion of the students in Sustainability and I walked away feeling excited about the next generation of innovators in this space. Thank you to the Society of Sustainable Business at The University of Texas at Dallas for inviting me to present at their Fall Sustainability Speaker Series. I enjoyed sharing my personal journey into Sustainability and Product Management, as well as highlighting some of the ways Lennox is innovating and leading in response to sustainability topics at the core of our business. I was impressed by the engagement of the students and the very professional leadership of the SSB, in particular from Jack Feen, Aaryan Vashistha, and Sri Muppuru. Yesterday, The Society of Sustainable Business hosted our first speaker series of 2024, marking a significant milestone in our vision to bring sustainability into the lives of all University of Texas at Dallas students. ? The event started with a welcoming section by our president, Rahul Jain. It moved right into presentations from our fantastic speakers, followed by a short paneling session, and concluded with an opportunity for students to network and grab coffee with our panel. ? A special thank you goes out to Ryan Spicer from Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. and Bhushan Joshi from Ericsson for presenting their journeys in sustainability to the student body and providing insights into the future of this lucrative field. ? Finally, we thank all the students and faculty who participated in our speaker series! Events like this are made possible by the engagement of our vibrant community. Your enthusiasm and active participation truly make a difference in advancing our mission and spreading awareness about sustainability. ?
