The Super Bowl of sport management experiences is, well, working at the Super Bowl. Eleven SRU students did just that, serving as staff workers at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans. The group worked Feb. 7-9 at the NFL Super Bowl Experience presented by Panini.?As the NFL’s “football theme park,” the Super Bowl Experience featured interactive games, and opportunities for fans to get star player autographs and photos with the Super Bowl rings and the Vince Lombardi Trophy, as well as merchandise from the NFL Shop. ?? On game day, Feb. 9, the group provided wayfinding information and escorted the more than 2,000 credentialed media to the media workroom, the photographers’ staging area and workroom, the auxiliary press area and the press box.
