Our team recently completed the $5.45 million sale of a new construction property occupied by The Learning Experience, a childcare center operator providing early education for children, in Firestone, CO, a northern suburb of Denver. SRS Capital Markets Vice President Ryan Tomkins represented the seller, an East Coast-based developer.
