SRQ East Art Studios

SRQ East Art Studios is adding new studios on the first floor!! We have FIVE news art studios available similar to the first picture and a choice of ONE of two large WAREHOUSE spaces (2nd, 3rd pic) with garage doors and tall ceilings, which opens it up to sculptors, ceramics and more. We are a fantastic community of artists east of the freeway in Sarasota, near Lakewood Ranch and Waterside. All SEAS artists have access to two large gallery areas to host workshops, classes, exhibits and more based on availability and we take no commission on sales. SEAS artists get plenty of featured wall space outside their studios and in the galleries, free WiFi, 24 hour access, security system, kitchenette, paid utilities and more. The private studios have individual keys for their doors, window, personal AC control, etc. Tax is included in the rent. The studios are primarily a work space - open by appointment only, during SEAS events, classes and workshops and during Second Saturday Open Studios. SEAS artists are not required to work or hold certain studio hours - it's all up to the individual artists. The best thing about being part of SEAS is that there are other artists to share with, grow with and connect with. There are shared and individual opportunities and great energy.
