Introducing, the newly installed chair of the Schuylkill River Passenger Rail Authority, Chester County Commissioner Marian Moskowitz. A board member since SRPRA was founded, Marian takes over after a two-years of initial leadership from Berks County Commissioner Christian Leinbach and she is prepared to lead the project in the next critical phases with the Federal Railroad Administration.

Regardless of the actual speed, travel times by train between Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville and Philadelphia stand to be significantly reduced when compared to bus or car.
