关于我们
Recognized as a Top 25 Best Small Company by Forbes, SRC is an award-winning, employee-owned remanufacturer in North America directly servicing Original Equipment Manufacturers in the agricultural, industrial, construction, truck, marine and automotive markets. Since 1983, our expertise has grown far beyond remanufacturing to include new assembly, supply chain management, core and materials, and business consulting. We believe the best way to operate a business is by empowering employees with industry-leading education, financial transparency, a voice in saying how the company is run, and a personal stake in the financial outcome.

"What's interesting is the impact that [The Great Game of Business] has on people and the impact that it's been having on our city, the impact that it's having around the world. It's driving a lot of success, and it's driving a lot of confidence."
Jack Stack is cup number 45/52! Jack is the President and CEO of SRC Holdings Corporation, the author of the best-selling book The Great Game of Business, and a hometown hero for the Springfield business community. He is also the first one of the group to swing by my office to do a 52 Cups of Coffee: 417 Edition interview. It's a place he is familiar with after all. Jack started with International Harvester and led an employee buyout of the Springfield factory in the early 80's. I work for Rush Enterprises, Inc in Springfield where we sell and service International equipment and often buy engines from SRC! I knew we'd have plenty to talk about, but I didn't know just how great of a storyteller Jack is. Intimidatingly intelligent, incredibly funny, and also very down to earth. They say don't meet your heroes, but I couldn't disagree more. This was cool. #52CupsofCoffee417 ??#417land

SRC made its CBS News debut 32 years ago in this Eye on America segment. The Great Game of Business started out as a survival technique of learning business that turned into a revolutionary idea at a time when most companies lead with command and control. https://bit.ly/3UQN1Db

“It’s better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.” The secret to a resilient business? Plan to be wrong. We know that true resilience is about more than surviving downturns; it’s about thriving through them. Jack Stack says it best: “Two sure ways to kill a company are through arrogance and through ignorance” GGOB & contingency planning helps drive both out of your culture. Instead of running on assumptions, we focus on building “trapdoors”—plans that prepare us for anything. It’s a mindset shift: when you plan for the worst, you don’t just reduce fear—you make room for growth, innovation, and opportunities to thrive. In this clip, we share how contingency planning fuels a culture of adaptability. Join us on November 7th for an exclusive roundtable with Jack Stack. We’ll dive into the strategies and mindsets that build teams ready for anything—whether it’s a downturn or unexpected growth. ?? Key Takeaways: ??Resilience through Readiness: Confidence replaces fear when teams know they’re prepared. ??Innovation from Adversity: High-involvement planning (HIP) turns obstacles into growth opportunities. ??Future-Proofed Talent: When people have the tools and foresight, they’re empowered to act boldly. ??
