Powder Mountain is entering a new era. As the planners of the mountain community and designers of the new lodge, Hart Howerton is focused on creating spaces that balance rugged adventure with refined comfort. Breaking ground this summer, the new members-only lodge will feature a range of amenities, from ski lockers and wellness to private dining and pickleball. A new neighborhood of 39 ski-in/ski-out lots is already fully reserved, with additional private lifts planned for the future. Can't believe this incredible 6-year-renovation is nearly complete. We're proud to have collaborated with BRE Hotels & Resorts, a Blackstone Portfolio Company to implement a new signage and wayfinding program across this 28-acre beachfront historical property dating back to the 1800s. Congratulations Hotel del Coronado on a beautiful renovation, we enjoyed working with WATG and Wimberly Interiors and burton studio on yet another successful project, and we hope visitors and enthusiasts alike enjoy this newly refined experience. #SQPEG #experientialdesign #hospitality
June 2025 will mark a milestone at Hotel del Coronado: the unveiling of our expertly restored Victorian building and the completion of a remarkable, six-year, resort-wide revitalization. ? We are thrilled that the Waldorf Astoria Lusail Doha has been recognized at the design et al International Hotel and Property Awards 2024, winning in the Hotel Design – Middle East & Africa category. Tasked with creating a stand-alone integrated resort, WATG led the architectural and landscape design, while Wimberly Interiors was responsible for the design of the ByWater restaurant. Drawing inspiration from Miami and LA’s sun-soaked urban resorts, the Waldorf Astoria Lusail blends contemporary elegance with its setting on Lusail’s beachfront. The architectural design evokes a sense of journey and escape through its smooth, curving forms, expansive roof terraces, and shaded, private spaces. A gracefully curving promenade leads to a stunning lounge club with panoramic sea views, offering a relaxed daytime atmosphere that transitions into an energetic space at night. At the heart of the project is the ByWater restaurant, where WATG’s architectural vision and Wimberly Interiors’ design come together. Flooded with natural light from curved glass walls, the restaurant invites guests to enjoy views of the terrace and pool, elevating the dining experience.
