Earlier today, we announced positive interim Phase 1 results for our lead clinical asset SPY001. A novel half-life extended anti-α4β7 antibody, SPY001 demonstrated a half-life of >90 days supporting the potential for twice-annual dosing compared to existing therapies which require dosing every two weeks. SPY001 was well-tolerated with a favorable safety profile consistent with other drugs in its class.?? Based on these results, we plan to initiate a Phase 2 trial in mid-2025.
