Taylor, announced that SHRM would be going from DEIAB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility & Belonging) to ID (Inclusion & Diversity). Since that time, the Washington SHRM Board had an initial discussion on the SHRM ID decision that ended up with mixed reactions. Recently, our SPS SHRM Board had an initial SHRM ID discussion that also ended up with mixed reactions.
