As Administrative and Client Services Manager, Molly will be focusing on portfolio management, investor relations, and our ongoing internal audit efforts. Prior to Spruce Molly has held positions at multiple regional banks, most recently as a Primary Correspondent Funder where she oversaw the processing of both conventional loan closings and loan purchasing from outside investors. Spruce Financial Group is a Southeast-based private equity firm focused on direct lending, co-sponsored real estate finance, and customized growth capital to lower and middle-market businesses. With offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Tallahassee, Florida, we provide both junior and senior loans to small businesses and real estate developers. In select situations, we invest mezzanine debt, growth equity, and purchase notes. We understand that fundraising can be a distraction to business operations and we work hard to make the due diligence and closing process both fast and fair.
