How to build a candy lab and a relationship...coming soon to HGTV. (totally kidding) ?? Sometimes I mention my background in construction when I talk about building out Sprinkk's new development lab because running a concrete saw stands out as a female. #womeninSTEM However, my actual part was very minor in comparison to that of Scott. We would not have this lab (or our factory) if it was not for the support and talent of him as our construction manager. Hands down, zero doubt. This was going to be a "Meet the Team Monday" post on Scott, but I was eager to fire him once we got the lab done (said he couldn't propose to his boss...) so he is no longer an employee. ...but he IS my fiancé now ?? We've had a lot of wins at Sprinkk this year, but getting through construction and building on our relationship in the process is EASILY my favorite win! #Createnewthings
