Sprink Construction has completed a full building, 93,000-square-foot tenant improvement project for Interstates, a leading industrial electrical solutions provider. This marks a major milestone at Comunale Properties newly developed Mulberry Connection, the first Class A speculative industrial project to deliver in Fort Collins in 20 years! ?? About the Facility: ?? 20,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space designed for hybrid, remote, and in-office employees. ?? 73,000 sq. ft. dedicated to prefabrication and manufacturing operations. Fronting I-25 and spanning 13 acres, Mulberry Connection is fully leased with 164,200 sq. ft. of industrial space, positioning it as a hub for innovation in Northern Colorado. ??? New Project! We’ve commenced construction of a spec suite for Quannah Partners at their recently completed development in Englewood, Colorado.?The project is comprised of a two-building industrial park totaling approximately 195,000 SF.?We’re excited for the opportunity to work with Quannah on our first collaboration.

Sprink is excited to be working for a new customer, SPC Investors, LLC, on a speculative office buildout in their industrial property located in Johnstown, Colorado. We recently commenced construction and expect the project to be completed ahead of Thanksgiving. We hope the spec suite will spur some good leasing activity for SPC Investors!

?? Project Progress Update! ?? We are excited to share the latest updates on our full building tenant improvement project (93,000 SF), which includes 20,000 SF of office space for a leading custom electrical gear manufacturer in Northern Colorado. Key highlights so far: ? Drive-In Doors: Successfully upsized two existing doors and added a new 27’x24’ drive-in door to the north. ? Storefront Glazing: All new glazing has been installed. ? Millwork: Installation is complete. ? Ceiling Grid: Currently being installed. ? Flooring: Next on the schedule! We are five months into construction and on track to finish two weeks ahead of schedule. Expected completion is now mid-September.

We're thrilled to share that we're making significant progress on our full building tenant improvement (100,000 SF) project for Tendeg, which includes a 15,500 SF mezzanine structure with an elevator, bringing the total office space to 28,000 SF. As of now, we're two months into construction, and the mezzanine structure is about 85% complete. We're on track for a scheduled completion in February 2025. Exciting Project Update! We are thrilled to share the latest progress on our full building tenant improvement (TI) project for Lennox! Spanning 140,000 square feet, including an 8,600 square foot office buildout, we are three weeks into construction and making significant strides. ? All underground utilities have been installed. ? Framing has commenced and is well underway. Originally slated for completion by the end of the year, we are now collaborating closely with Lennox to accelerate the schedule and are expected to deliver six weeks ahead of time. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to bring this project to life.

Sprink Construction recently completed an expedited tenant improvement project for Molson Coors Beverage Company, which included demising the warehouse, completing fire sprinkler/alarm modifications, dock improvements, specialized electrical and installing a forklift charging station. Given our strong relationship with our trade partners, we were able to turn over the premises to Molson Coors Beverage Company within two months of permit issuance! #SprinkConstruction #SprinkBuiltThat #TennantImprovement #CommercialRealEstate
