Located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, just off I-49 at exit 67A on Garland Avenue/Highway 112, Springwoods Behavioral Health is convenient to all of Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding region. The mental health hospital’s 80 beds accommodate adolescents and adults. The two-story patient wing has expansive windows to take advantage of the surrounding views and create open and bright patient areas. The campus also features a one story building for therapy, education, dietary and administrative purposes. The six-acre campus is adjacent to a 123-acre Audubon Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary, which is held in perpetuity and cannot be developed from its natural state. This provides Springwoods with a peaceful setting for those embarked on the road to recovery. We held a learning event at Grandma's House Children's Advocacy Center in Harrison, AR. Our team was happy to provide mental health resources for the staff at this wonderful community organization. Grandma's House CAC is a safe space for child abuse victims and their families. They serve residents in Baxter, Boone, Carroll, Madison, Marion, Newton, and Searcy County.

Bird’s leadership is marked by a deep commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and evidenced-based treatment solutions. He has served as a Clinical Director at two separate healthcare facilities, and he has over 15 years of experience. He has successfully led teams, expanded services, and fostered environments of healing and recovery.
