Earlier this month, Springwell staff attended the Home Care Aide Council celebration at Pleasant Valley Country Club in Sutton. Evan Wilson, who is a Care Manager Team Leader at Springwell was nominated by Shubhana Tomar at Guardian Angel Senior Services, and won their Case Manager of the Year Award for 2024. Congratulations, Evan!

You are welcome to join as an individual or be a part of the Springwell team. Mark your calendars for May 1st! Come join us to learn more about volunteering in our fabulous Ombudsman Programs. This is an opportunity to dive in and make a real difference in the lives of people living in long-term care facilities and assisted living residences. These volunteers receive intensive training and support and fulfill a vital role in advocating for some of our more vulnerable neighbors. Springwell program managers and current volunteers will be on hand to answer your questions.

Happy National Nutrition Month! Springwell delivered more than 525,000 meals to more than 4,000 people last year. We are busy every day getting the right meal to the right person in the right location, but we can't do it alone! We need the support of our community in many ways, most especially in recruiting staff and volunteers, as well as for donations that help us close the gap between the funding we receive and the cost of running our vital nutrition programs.
