The Retail Sales team from Middleton scheduled time at the local Madison Area Food Pantry Gardens to help finish the harvest season. Cauliflower, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and squash picked that morning were delivered to area food panties later in the day for shoppers to take home.?The annual harvest just surpassed 20,000 lbs and there is still plenty to harvest in the next few weeks.?Volunteers sampled fresh picked corn – DELICIOUS! #Volunteer #FoodPantryGarden #MadisonWI

More than 70 volunteers from Springs Window Fashions rolled up their sleeves to frame an entire Habitat home on Wednesday, Sept. 18. Springs Window Fashions volunteers built all of the interior and exterior walls for the Habitat home. On 9/4 the Marketing Department went to RISE Wisconsin, Inc. to do some outdoor fall maintenance.?Around 20 associates divided and conquered weeding 2 large flower bed/landscaping areas, mulching the entire front and back landscaping perimeter of the building, and pruning many, many shrubs.?We also had an outstanding crew that painted 4 benches, filled 1 large sandbox, mounted several bird houses and sorted/organized hundreds of clothing donations. #SpringsCares #volunteer #community
