Here’s what that means: We hire and vet top-tier talent from the CPG and hospitality industries across multiple departments. Why? Because the customer experience (CX) they deliver to the brands we work with isn’t just good—it’s exceptional. When you partner with Springboard, you’re not just outsourcing CX. You’re getting a team of specialists who get it—your industry, your customers, your standards. And while we innovate, The Springboard Promise stays intact: our workforce will continue to be made up of mostly women, many of whom are stay-at-home moms balancing their families and careers.
