These improvements reinforce our commitment to providing low-barrier, dignified, and accessible interim housing for individuals on the path to permanent stability. The future of Springboard Navigation Centers depends on community support and collaboration. Over 1,165 Delawareans lack stable housing, with 64% unsheltered. Without accessible low-barrier transitional housing, many remain on the streets, driving costs higher in emergency services, healthcare, and law enforcement. Investing in low-barrier transitional housing will cut costs, improve lives, and create lasting impact.
