We’re excited to introduce our newest team member, Lindsey Klein-Borges! Lindsey is based in the Pacific Northwest and here’s a little more about her: 1. Favorite comfort food??Avocado toast with an egg. 2. Most interesting place you've visited??The Alhambra in Granada, Spain. 3. You have some free time before bed; what do you watch, read or scroll??Likely watching a little reality TV on Bravo, finishing up Wordle, or scrolling through Instagram. 4. How did you get your start in communications??I studied PR/Comms at Gonzaga University and interned during the summers. The exposure to different organizations helped shape my understanding of how the communications function works and I ultimately chose the agency route for its dynamic pace, team collaboration and client partnership. 5. What do you like to do outside of work??You can usually find me out running around (literally and figuratively). Nothing better than an outdoor run on a blue-sky day in the PNW.

If you’re a?Kansas City Chiefs?fan like our own?Nellie Betzen, you have had much to celebrate over the last several years. While it’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of another Super Bowl appearance, as communicators, we often take a different look at the bigger picture and help all stakeholders try to understand what led to such success. Nellie does just that in a thoughtful piece she wrote for the?Public Relations Society of America (PRSA)?PRSay blog comparing the Chiefs’ quest for a three-peat to fostering a culture of goal-oriented excellence.?
Historic performances don’t happen by accident. They come from bold goals and relentless execution. A three-peat is as ambitious as it gets, but the Kansas City Chiefs have shown us that chasing history isn’t about being flashy — it’s about getting better every day and, as Andy Reid says, “always being one step away from greatness.” As a communicator, I spend a lot of time thinking about how organizations rally around a shared mission, and I may be biased, but the Chiefs are one of the best examples out there. There’s a lesson here for all of us — fans and haters alike. Thanks to Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) for publishing my thoughts on the PRSay blog as we gear up for Super Bowl LIX!??? https://lnkd.in/gf-gh872

Communication is about more than words. Did you know that Florence Nightingale pioneered effectively using visual data to communicate? "Today, Nightingale’s Rose Diagram serves as a reminder that data isn’t just for analysis—it’s a tool for action. Whether you’re presenting to policymakers, advocating for public health reforms, or just trying to make sense of complex information, her example reminds us that?how?you present data can be as important as the data itself.” https://lnkd.in/ecMNKsEg
