Currently Executive Vice President of Products and Services at Talos Engineered Products LLC, Matt brings over ten years of experience, including exceptional skills in building customer relationships, driving innovation, and leading teams. We are confident Matt will continue to drive success and look forward to achieving new milestones together. Please join us in welcoming Mario Quispe back to the Spring Automation team as Application Engineer Team Lead! Mario is an experienced electrical engineer with 13 years of experience in the material handling space. He has a proven track record working across various industries, including Food & Beverage, Meat & Protein Packing, Parcel, and Distribution & Fulfillment. His career has allowed him to be exposed to various types of technologies ranging from PLCs to robotics and AI in vision systems. Mario initially joined Spring Automation in 2020 as an Estimating Engineer, contributing to the growth of our Solutions and Sales teams. After gaining further industry experience, his journey has brought him back to lead the Solutions team. One piece of advice Mario shares is the importance of communication. He encourages others to "Ask questions, network with other people, be curious-minded, and have an open mind.
