Using our 20+ years of experience in the sports industry as well as our extensive network of professionals around the country, we support organizations using the power of sports to create meaningful programs and impact their communities. The Sports Philanthropy Network is operating through a fiscal sponsorship with Players Philanthropy Fund (Federal Tax ID: 27-66011178), a Maryland charitable trust with federal tax-exempt status as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Sports Philanthropy Network are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Using our blog, we spotlight organizations who are doing outstanding work and provide resources and coverage of the stories in the sports philanthropy space. Our event calendar lists upcoming events around the country that have are using sports to support our key objectives of EDUCATION, OPPORTUNITY, EMPOWERMENT. If you would like your event listed, please send us the details. Our weekly Sports Philanthropy Podcast is hosted by our founder, Roy Kessel, and is rapidly gaining attention. We strive to feature interesting organizations as well as resources that are useful for organizations in the sports philanthropy space. We collaborate with organizations around the country to help them improve their organizational infrastructure, develop powerful programs, measure the impact of their programs, tell their stories and raise the funding they need through events, fundraising campaigns, capital campaigns and grants.

Looking forward to an amazing Super Bowl week in New Orleans. One of the most chaotic weeks of impact and philanthropy. We are slated for over 50 interviews on Radio Row already and that number will only increase as the week goes in. The only thing definite for the week is that our actual schedule will end up looking nothing like what it does today! 2024 has been a terrific year for Sports Philanthropy Network. The year started with the Super Bowl in Las Vegas and by partnering w Leigh Steinberg for a Sports Philanthropy Pavilion for his Super Bowl party. If you would like to get involved for this year, please let us know. Kayla put together a fantastic presentation about our NIL4Good program to train the Int'l Assn Comm in Sports at their Annual Conf. Big Ten Conference continues to be a great partner as we cover and highlight their community and philanthropic activations at media days and conference tournaments and events. The National Football League (NFL) grants terrific access through Radio Row at the Super Bowl, the Pro Bowl, NFL Honors, the NFL Combine, the NFL Owners Meetings and the NFL Draft. SANIL and Jason Belzer have included us in the The NIL Summit at the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame . We trained college athlete leaders on our NIL4Good program. MLB Players Trust has joined forces with us and we were excited to have them as part of SPW2024 and to be part of their upcoming Gala in Scottsdale in February. We were invited to Europe to give a keynote speech on Corporate Social Responsibility in the beautiful city of Bratislava, Slovakia. A passionate group of sports business professionals are teaming together to make a greater impact on their community. KPMG became an amazing host for our Sports Philanthropy World 2024 Conference. In 2024 we welcomed a great roster of VC Funds, Venture Philanthropy Funds, Family Offices, Team Foundations, Ownership Groups and Corporate Foundations to the table.
