    Over 15 years ago I went to "Insights Training" at Procter & Gamble HQ. I learned from arguably the best marketers in the world what an insight was, how to structure an insight when written, and most importantly how to connect an insight to an activation that drives ROI. That was always the key for P&G. You can't take an insight to the bank. It has to be actionable. Alone it's interesting, activated it's meaningful. CPG got really good at this. Sports...not so much.
