Hi everyone! I’m excited to share some news. This semester, I’ve had the privilege of working with 5wins, a media company dedicated to redefining the narrative around women’s sports. From the moment Nicholas Santiago shared his vision, I knew I had to be part of it. Not just for the company's mission to amplify women’s sports, but for its commitment to showcasing authentic, personal stories. After five years as a collegiate athlete, I’ve witnessed and developed many opinions about women’s sports and the challenges we face. Today, I’m proud to announce the publication of my very first article! In "Game Face: It's Time to Respect Women’s Sports Competitive Nature," I reflect on the double standards female athletes encounter when expressing passion and intensity in their sport.
