Sport Psychology is a clinical practice providing safe, confidential spaces where athletes can address mental health needs, sharpen mental resilience skills, and get educated on how total wellness contributes to peak performance. Sport Psychology was founded on the belief that it is total wellness that fuels performance, as physical talent is but one component of sport mastery. Our goal is to help athletes thrive by nurturing all areas of functioning while also supporting athletes who might need support due to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or any negative social or family dynamics they may be facing. We provide individual sessions and group work that serves as a forum for discussion and interpersonal connection among athletes, and we also offer an onsite Mental Skills Lab where athletes can practice and apply mental performance skills with a trained consultant. At Sport Psychology, we engage in community outreach designed to promote total wellness among athletes of all ages across the Conejo Valley, and we offer abundant opportunities for involvement including workshops, presentations, guest speakers, and other special events.
