Spool was founded in 2018 with the understanding that the world doesn't need another agency, but perhaps it could use a new type of agency. From day one, Spool set out to be different from every other place many of our people came from and all these years later, we're proud of how we have upheld that at every step.? Since its founding, Spool has been named the fastest-growing agency in the world (yes, we were surprised, too!), disruptive agency of the year, innovator of the year, agency of the year and while we are a humble midwest-born-and-raised shop, it says something that the industry has taken note, doesn't it?? Perhaps it's because?we work with our clients in a radically transparent, unique way that is anchored by mutual respect, shared vision and understanding of what success looks like and Spool's promise to always be agile, curious and impactful (which are a few of Spool's core values, look at that!) with al we do. We also expect our clients to embrace a partnership mindset which means we've had to walk away from some of them over the years (breaking up is always hard) and we're okay with that. We're not for everyone, but we sure do love the company we keep who value our partnership. One of the things we are most proud of is being a people-first agency. This doesn't mean we?have Spring Green for lunch everyday, but that we expect everyone at Spool to live big, full lives outside of work. In fact, it's not just something we tout, but if people are working late into the night, we consider that a red flag, not a badge of honor and we'll do what's needed to get them in a good spot to logoff and get to their improv class or kid's piano recital.? Turns out, being people first isn't just good for our people,?but it's also good for our clients.     ?? On the Ground at Winter Showcase! ?? Team Spool was proud to support The General? this past December at the first-ever NBA G League Winter Showcase Fan Day Experience! Over the course of a week, we helped capture dynamic social content—integrating players, content creators, and The General's mascot—to be shared throughout this season of the partner docuseries, "The Break, presented by The General." Beyond the content, we had a great time connecting on-site with local media and sports journalists, building relationships and coordinating interviews with docuseries stars Mac McClung and Dink Pate. With 20+ years of experience, Brant has worked with top agencies like DDB, VML, and Dentsu, creating memorable campaigns for brands like Bud Light, Capital One, Butterball, and Kraft Heinz. From launching Super Bowl spots to rebranding global giants, Brant’s work has earned countless accolades, including Clios and Cannes Lions ??     Congrats to our newest Spool AAE, Parker Rhodes! Parker first joined us as an intern over the summer and immediately impressed us with her creativity, media relations skills, and curiosity to learn the ins and outs of the industry (not to mention, she quickly became the office go-to for the hottest restaurants recommendations and city happenings). We knew we had to keep her!
