We’ve repeatedly taken small businesses with a single location and grown them into national brands. We’re doing this again in the pool care market, and know what it takes to build a great, category defining business in this space. We’d love to partner with you on this journey. We’re looking for companies with the following characteristics in particular: At least three years of sustained profitability - $300k/year or more in pre-tax profit - Ideally growing year over year If that sounds like you, we’d love to learn more about your business.
