Awesome work, everyone!
Today, we hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for our newest Home Leasing community, Flower City Apartments! This project took a previously distressed portfolio made up of three property sites across the City of Rochester and redeveloped the buildings into 149 clean, safe, and affordable apartments. Flower City Apartments is particularly unique because it provides 56 units of permanent supportive housing to chronically homeless individuals, as well as those who have been previously incarcerated with a history of substance abuse. This is made possible with the assistance of our incredible partners Person Centered Housing Options Inc. and Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach.
