Since joining SPIRE at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando in April 2024, Jessica Sherbert has been a driving force behind the resort’s success. She has led over 170 site tours for bookers, expanded partnerships with wholesalers, and significantly increased the number of high-performing accounts. Under her leadership, the resort exceeded its 2024 room night budget by more than $1 million—an incredible achievement. And with 160 new rooms added to her inventory this year, the momentum is only growing.
