Spire is celebrating 15 years! We wanted to share a note from our CEO, Kimberly Reinke.

It's a new year and a new Spire employee spotlight! We’re thrilled to highlight Taylor, one of our incredible designers who brings unmatched creativity and vision to every project she works on. Taylor specializes in designing stunning models that help showcase our clients' spaces in the most captivating ways. Her ability to balance aesthetics with functionality has helped us create show-stopping designs that leave a lasting impression.

Located in Deerfield, Indiana, a suburb on the outskirts of Indianapolis, Spire's collaboration with LENNAR Homes delivered a beautifully merchandised 2-story home. The design flaunts a beautiful open floor plan with a large Kitchen, extended Morning Room and a stunning Great Room with 2 story windows and designer lighting. Through use of rich and warm woods, natural textured fabrics and intentionally selected art pieces and furniture, we bring comfort and elegance to an otherwise white space.

Highlighting our Construction division today, we are proud to share this stunning renovation of the Griffis at Fiddler’s Green Residences, a luxury residential community in Greenwood Village near the Denver Tech Center. This comprehensive transformation includes extensive upgrades to the Leasing Center, Clubroom, Work Pods, Conference Room, Yoga Studio, Fitness Center, Dog Spa, Bike Room, Restrooms, and Exterior Amenities. Key features include custom-designed chandeliers and lighting in the clubroom, luxury textured wall paneling in the leasing area, and exquisite Italian tiles throughout the spaces. These elements create a unique, elegant atmosphere that flows seamlessly and feels bright and airy. The renovation not only modernizes the aesthetic but also enhances functionality through thoughtfully designed spaces that promote productivity and well-being, resulting in a refined yet comfortable environment.

As 2024 comes to a close, we are reflecting on a truly incredible year filled with creativity, growth, and collaboration! This week we'll be highlighting a project from each our our divisions- Signage, Construction and Design, that made this year unforgettable! Prana Apartments: We designed and erected a striking 15-foot-wide structure featuring custom stone cladding and routed-out lettering, creating a bold focal point for the site's graphics. To add an extra touch of visual appeal, we incorporated a large corten/weathered steel panel, mounted directly to the structure's face, showcasing the property logo with a vibrant “pop” of color. What makes this project especially memorable is the use of custom materials and a unique, innovative design. While monument structures are often straightforward, we focused on pushing the boundaries of design to create something that helps our clients stand out. The combination of the stone cladding and Corten steel panel not only enhances the structure's aesthetic but also gives it a modern, distinctive edge.

This month we’re shining a spotlight on Hilary, Spire Design Studio's incredible Purchasing Manager! Hilary plays a pivotal role in keeping our projects running smoothly. Her attention to detail helps bring our designs to life with precision and style!

We are thrilled to have participated in the Children’s Cheer Event, a heartwarming initiative that brings the magic of the holidays to patients at the Children's Hospital by donating beautifully decorated Christmas trees. Our team at Spire Design Studio was incredibly honored to win the People’s Choice Award for our Yoda tree! A huge thank you to the event organizers and everyone who voted for our tree. And of course, the biggest cheer goes out to the children and their families—we hope these trees add a little extra sparkle to your holiday season!

Role Overview: As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead design projects from concept through execution, working closely with clients, architects, and contractors. You will play a key role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of diverse interior spaces, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of design and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present innovative design concepts tailored to client needs and preferences. Oversee all phases of interior design projects, including space planning, materials selection, and color palettes. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive project execution. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that designs are delivered on schedule and within scope. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality during implementation. Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technology to incorporate into design solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a robust portfolio showcasing completed projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
